" Just an email of thanks for the fantastic ‘Trips and Tramps’ experience. The trip into Milford Sound is one of the most breathtaking things I have ever done – it is so different to the landscapes I am used to. The bus was really comfortable (and I enjoyed being part of the mail run!) and your knowledge and special facts of the area were so interesting. I especially liked how this trip had a personal touch – not too many people so I could ask questions! The morning tea stop with hot tea/coffee and biscuits was a great time to relax in such a beautiful little area. My favorite stops were at the Mirror Lakes and to see the cheeky Keas, I also enjoyed learning about Geocaches! Once again thank you so much for helping to make my first time in Southland such a memorable experience, I will definitely be recommending your service!"

"Now that we've returned home to Melbourne Australia, we wanted to drop you a line to say "thanks" for a fabulous Milford day tour in late August 2010. Particular thanks to Steve M who ensured the day was equally informative & relaxed. As keen landscape photographers, we were grateful for Steve's vast knowledge of the area which gave us an appreciation of sight-seeing along the Milford Road itself in addition to Milford Sound. The day after our tour, we enjoyed making our own way along the Milford Road and got some fabulous photos at the sites suggested by Steve. We look forward to returning to this stunning region again".

"My husband Dave and I had the pleasure to take one of your day trips. We initially had no intention of doing a guided trip to go to Milford, but your company was recommended to us .... We decided to take advantage of local knowledge and enjoy our whole day out by NOT having to drive. This turned out to be a great decision. While the day was very ordinary (the weather that is) the scenery was spectacular. We had specifically planned this trip to NZ (5th time) to see Milford, but the WOW moment (each holiday gets judged by the WOW moments) was when John stopped at a spot that he thought that we may see some blue ducks. As random as it was (no blue ducks to be seen) the walk along the stream/river was breath takingly beautiful. I felt that I could have just pulled up a chair and sat to drink in the majesty of the creations around us. It was so peaceful and serene. I would have missed that moment had we not done your trip.
