Short walks
A walk or hike in Fiordland is a must, even if it is only for a few hundred metres. Plentiful opportunities are made for you to experience the natural fauna and flora with all your senses.

Relax as our local guide shares their knowledge and passion for the area. Their stories of Milford Sound and Fiordland will delight and give you all the insight you could wish for. We also find a remote location for our famous wilderness tea break to share a yarn with fellow travellers while enjoying home baking and billy tea.

Bring lots of photo space, the views are breath taking! Because we don't have to rush we have time to enjoy the majestic scenery and breathe the pure air. Milford Sound Boat cruise
On reaching Milford Sound you will join a Nature Cruise for a leisurely cruise of Milford Sound to the Tasman Sea. The cruise provides excellent viewing opportunities, with plenty of time available to enjoy the waterfalls, rainforest, mountains and wildlife around the fiord.

A delicious picnic lunch is available, or you can bring your own. Plus add the Milford Deep Underwater Observatory, or enjoy a Milford Sound scenic flight (by helicopter or aero plane) if you wish. We can ensure you have your ultimate Milford Sound experience. Extra charges apply.
